Bulk CSV upload

Bulk screenshots from a CSV file.

Upload a list of URLs exported from Excel or any other system. Give every screenshot its own file name, add clicks, waits or scripts per row, preview the file paths, then send the whole list to your cloud storage.

  • Up to 50,000 rows per file
  • File name per row
  • Straight to your storage

Check the file names

Each row is saved with the name in its file cell. Rows with a blank file cell use the default file name below. Anything in {curly braces} is a variable that is filled in when the screenshot is taken.

Insert a variable: All variables

RowURLSaved asActions

Dates and times are in UTC and use the moment each screenshot is taken (the preview uses the current time). For local time, use a timezone, e.g. {datetime_Asia/Kolkata}.

4

Choose where to save them

Screenshots are delivered straight to your storage. To save credentials once and reuse them, create a storage template.

The bucket must grant write access to the Add Screenshots AWS account. See AWS S3 setup.
5

Test, then submit

Send the first few rows as a test and check the results in your storage before submitting the full list. Test screenshots count toward your plan. Rows are sent in batches of 1,000 and captured in parallel.

Automate it with the API

This page sends the request below to the bulk API. Your own script or scheduler can send the same request, with up to 1,000 URLs per request.

Common questions

Can I upload an Excel file?

Save it as CSV first: in Excel, choose File → Save As → CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited). Semicolon-separated files are also detected automatically.

How do I make every file name unique?

Use a value from your own data, such as a SKU, in the file column, and add {datetime} or {id}. The preview warns you when two rows resolve to the same name.

How do I know when the screenshots are finished?

Each screenshot is uploaded to your storage as soon as it's captured. Usage Logs in the dashboard show the status and any error for every screenshot.
