Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a screenshot?
A screenshot is when a request is made to convert a website into a screenshot or
JSON data.
For example, generating 100 website screenshots will count as 100 screenshots.
Tracking Website ChangesA screenshot request can also be used in conjunction with your storage account to archive and compare website changes over time. For example, when a website change is detected by comparing a previously stored screenshot with a new screenshot, it may use up to 3 screenshots:
- 1 x screenshot to capture and store the new image
- 1 x screenshot to compare and/or archive the old image
- 1 x screenshot to store the difference between the old and new image (optional)
How secure is my credit card information?
Add Screenshots does not view or store credit card information. Payments, subscriptions and billing are handled by
Stripe, a secure payment provider.
Do you store or cache screenshots?
Add Screenshots does not store your screenshots; meaning sensitive information captured from secure websites are only visible and accessible by you for complete privacy and security.
You have the option to cache your screenshots on our content delivery network (CDN) to improve performance, which is disabled by default.
Add Screenshots can store your website screenshots in your cloud repository (a repository you own and manage) such as AWS S3 Buckets, Azure Blobs, Cloudflare R2 Buckets, FTP Servers and more.
Do you limit domains?
No, you can specify any domain you'd like. You can make requests from any device, anywhere including a desktop, laptop, mobile device or production servers.
What happens when I go over my quota?
Add Screenshots does not rate limit or cut off your service if you go over your monthly plan. We simply charge for requests used above your plan at the rate described in the plan.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Sign in and head over to the
billing section to cancel your monthly subscription.
